The lockdown has created a new normal in the entertainment scene in the country, with bars and discothèques closed, no physical concerts a gap has been created, entertainment has become 'scientific' just like the weddings and thanks to the available platforms online (internet) and offline (radio and TV) people are still entertained.
Tororo being a district with no Television stations has had to rely on arguably the biggest radio stations in the district (100.2 East FM and 106.8 FM) with each giving it's own dose of entertainment.
East FM will be hosting DJs Roma and Alex Khan alongside presenters Van Pee and BK Muwonge in a show dubbed the groove mix while Rock Mambo is set to host Artists Nick Loven, Tonny Preacher and Ushmel hosted by Peterson De la Crème in the lockdown concert. Who are you rooting for? As a lover of our music and entertainment industry I will be flipping through the two stations, this is the part where touching that dial is allowed.
Get your radios charged, buy battery cells or pay your Yaka as we await for the second Saturday showdown in the 'Rock City'
